How to fix poor document display in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers?

If documents are displaying poorly in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, this can be resolved by adjusting a setting in your browser.

Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome Settings
2. Navigate to System
3. Toggle Use graphics acceleration when available to OFF
4. Click Relaunch to restart the browser and apply the changes

Microsoft Edge

1. Open Edge Settings
2. Navigate to System and performance
3. Toggle Continue running background extensions and apps when Microsoft Edge is closed to OFF
4. Restart the browser to apply the changes
