# Creating bookmarks

Bookmarks let you mark specific pages or documents for quick reference.

**Important**: Bookmarks are strictly private. Only the person who creates a bookmark can see it; other members/parties of the matter cannot.

**Creating bookmarks within a disclosure bundle**

1. Go to the matter and create a **[Disclosure Bundle](https://disclosureready.legalready.ai/knowledge/how-to-create-a-disclosure-bundle/)** 
2. Open the disclosure bundle you created, then click **Bookmark**

3. Click **New Bookmark** and add a name to describe the bookmark
4. Click **Save**

**Note**: Bookmarks appear as a list on the left-hand side, with each tab corresponding to a page number.
